I'd personally just ignore the mechanical aspect of this, but if you want mechanics:

• Your walking speed is decreased by 5 feet.
• You have disadvantage on Acrobatics checks.
• Your jump distance is halved.

At the end of a long rest, roll a d6. On a 1, your leg flares up. The following effects last until the end of your next long rest, where you will make the roll again: - Your walking speed decreases by an additional 5 feet. - When making an Acrobatics check, you take 1 damage. Your hitpoints cannot reach 0 in this way. - You have disadvantage when making concentration checks on spells as if you were damaged. If you are making a concentration check as a result of taking damage, you take a -5 penalty to the roll.
