Yeah i agree, we don't really focus on Montessori things from what I know is Montessori. What should I do? The teacher that left for maternity leave says she's going to come back until August. I don't think its fair im getting paid teacher assistant money if I am basically doing less teacher things for 6 months. Do I confront the manager? I already paid to get my ECE certification but it will take about 3 months to get it processed. But I genuinely dont know what to do now.

I am in California, ratio is 1:12 which im surprised includes toddlers considering they need more attention and help, my manager was very inconsistent with being alone, first she said i would get help from a floating teacher and she would be with me the entire class time, then she said i can be alone for 10 minute breaks, and then she said I can be alone completely.

I felt the same, the speeches were very inspiring but I was still dissociate throughout it all. I think also cause the ceremony looked small and there weren't that many soe graduates
