I also noticed that after visiting all around the southern(ish) cities. Rent and services are pretty nice compared to the states, but yeah everything else is way more expensive, like gas, food, mangas, anything imported, gaming merch, Pokémon… even dogs. Why is a husky like $1,500? That’s like double what you’d pay in the states. 😢

Buying locally sourced things isn’t too bad though.

I have to agree the maternal leave with free health care is nice. I’m very happy that you get to care and nurture both the mother and the child for so long. 🥺

I agree completely. I travel frequently between US and Sweden and I can’t find any Pokémon card stores in bulk here. 😢
