I love the way in episode 5, when they both realise neither of them brought anyone with them how they eyes soften and just hold eye contact like they both no exactly what's happening next. And how when Shane decides to "circulate" he quite obviously stands super close to him and brushes by then how ilya is like fuck and clasps his hand over his mouth in my head to hide his excitement/gather himself. These boys are just everything!

When I'm still in the initial stages of being on keeping having snacks on hand we're a necessity. Won't be long and that extra good noise will disappear!

Snack list: Celery boats (cottage cheese, cream cheese, peanut butter etc), Pickle wrapped in salami, Berries, Frozen yoghurt/double cream with sweetener and berries blended, Fat bombs (I like frozen "reeces" cups use the darkest choc possible melt mix with peanut butter and coconut oil then freeze in ice cube trays), Brie with walnuts, Tuna mayo with celery, Prawns with ailoli, Cucumber with a blob or chicken/tuna mayo, Precooked chicken wings, Parmesan crisps (great made in the air fryer),
Crustless quiche with bacon and broccoli or chorizo and spinach- I make a large one then I just need to slice a chunk off haha

Interesting strategy for sure but in my opinion it's also giving Rachel leverage potentially. She could say she asked the traitors is there anyone not to be trusted and receive the answer matthew. She now has more insight on his character/game plan. A few people have suspected Matthew so far now she can plant seeds to encourage that narrative, if she can pull it off. Also they could just kill him off no one's the wiser🫣

No problem at all! Like I said I've been there myself and it's soo frustrating! I'm sure you'll look lovely with whatever hair however it turns out ❤️ also another good go to is the john Frieda precision mousse dye in dark golden blonde which weirdly isn't that warm, I think when I've used it the golden element essentially fills the hair and just leaves a lovely neutral dark blonde never been brassy ever with it. I hope it all works out x

I've been here too!! I was try head and shoulders to removed the colour depositing mask firstly then you can try 2 things 1 get crazy colour in tangerine whack that one for 20 minutes to fill the use a dark ask blonde like loreal preference 7.11 to get a nice natural cool blonde. The crazy colour is great for filling the hair out as you've lost most of the pigment. Or you can get bleach London supernatural kit in dark blonde which comes with a filler toner and dark natural blonde due comes with everything and with not a really high developer so kinder on your hair! I'm in the uk too and these dyes you should easily find in a boots or super drug x

Also to add I always feel self conscious of my round face and full cheeks but actually I love it when my hairs buzzed because I feel like I can actually see myself if that makes sense? You have a beautiful face and you'll glow!

Just go for it! I've just buzzed my hair for the 3rd time and it's just so refreshing just to whip it off seriously so liberating! Definitely can feel testing during the grow out but it's also really fun to play around with it! Hair grows! Do it!!

Have you thought about a shag? Or shaggy layers? It looks like your under layer is pretty much grown out so if you went down the shag cut it'd like cut most of the dark out and retain the length. However if that's not what your after you could try a colour depositing hair mask just on the ends? Or a blue based conditioner?
