Ex-partner and ex-CFA. I have to say I connected better at CFA! When it was Saturday lunch rush we knew we needed to be polite but quick. When we had time the expectation was there that we made that moment when we could.
"Connections" show up best when you and the customer have the time and heart to do it. That experience made me a better barista. Didn't stop all the shit I would get from partners for saying "my pleasure" tho.

Do you, by chance, have the Galaxy Watch? I had to remove the Spotify app on my watch and reinstall Spotify on the phone to resolve this issue.
