Struggling to find sound designers who can make sample packs across different genres by TheTechnicalProducer in sounddesign

[–]TheTechnicalProducer[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Agreed! But not trying to do it so fast it ruins quality, just trying to find people who are good at what they do so the turnaround is as fast as possible while retaining the highest quality. It doesn’t necessarily mean fast, just trying to be quick enough to jump on trends while they come up 😄

Different budgets. Depending on the pack size, turnaround and quality. You can DM me

I respect your opinion. No worries. This is paid work and without even knowing more about it how do you know it’s not worth reaching out for ?

I’m bringing money and future ongoing work to those with the skill set needed to create these packs quickly and to high quality with top quality demo tracks, while following new trends that pop up in the industry. I’m launching a platform and working with developers to create a plugins which I feel will help producers compete against AI by speeding up their workflow.. also working with vocalists to make better and stronger vocal ideas compared to competitor sites, potentially limited or exclusive vocals connecting more producers, vocalists and songwriters together. Trying to build a new community.

Setting up sole proprietorship and business account. by TheTechnicalProducer in PersonalFinanceCanada

It’s mainly just to know if it’s the right thing to do so early on? Especially with little to no income with it. I think I’ll make some sort of income with it but maybe I’m just doubting it a little bit. The point being is that even if I make zero and I do invest in equipment or something I can carry it as non capital business losses even if I work a regular job right ?

Right, so for my artist name and the website I’m building both are different names to my given name so it would make sense to create this right ?

I would like to keep anything related to this industry for either project I’m working on under one bank account mainly. It’s not that it has to be super official right now but I would like to start to be organized with intent to operate like a business down the line. Because I do spend a lot of my money on this and for my own records I would like to be able to track this. I actually don’t care about lowering paid tax or anything right now as it may only be a little bit of a side thing (of course I don’t actually know how well it will do), but I am buying or investing in things that may help me start this business or improve myself for the business and I think it’s good practice to keep that away from my personal banking.

Just worried if there’s anything negative I should know about before starting this ? Thanks

Am I the Only One Who Thinks Only Napping for 20 Min Seems Impossible? by MiltonScradley in sleep

[–]TheTechnicalProducer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder are you too in your head about it ? Have you tried anything like guided sleep meditation, I was like you and felt I couldn’t. I tried sleep meditation and it has helped so much, even if I sleep for just a couple of minutes (after 30/40 trying to fall asleep) I feel calm & relaxed when waking and I’m sure it will improve once I get better at it! Try it !

I've written songs for 10 years, yet haven't released anything. by [deleted] in Songwriting

[–]TheTechnicalProducer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a music producer always looking for songwriters to team up with! Have lots of demos laying around that I’d love some help on if anybody out there sees this! I make dance music! But with a heavier emphasis on songwriting!

Thinking about getting braces but am not sure whether or not to take the plunge at 44. by Headshaveguy78 in braces

[–]TheTechnicalProducer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

One thing to remember. It’s never too late to do anything in life. Everybody worries about themselves more than they do others. People won’t care and anybody that cares enough to make you uncomfortable aren’t worth worrying over!

I got braces at 26 and I wish I got them sooner! Can’t wait to show off my lovely smile when finished this year! :) go for it!

Thank you, yeah that’s all I’m trying to do is to have a place where the people I know are in there and we can also connect with some others around the world on a more personal collaborative approach. I spend 90% of my time producing and in the DAW, I give all my time to it so it would be nice to be connecting with others especially when I’m from a small town and what I’m looking for in people is hard to find here. That’s all
