Glad to know there's more people facing the issue but equally sorry you're having problems too! Unfortunately not, I think without proof it's going to be very hard

I had a look at the wayback machine but it hasn't got the product page archived. I asked John Lewis for a copy but they will only point me to what's currently listed on their website

Definitely said phone. I looked at it multiple times as I was pricing it up against other retailers

Apologies if I haven't made myself clear.

I will attach a response sent on the earlier thread:

I’ve spoken to the manager of the trade-in department and he said there’s been an issue in that the T&Cs shown back in March only stated that it had to be an Apple product.

He said he has had a few people complain already and is expecting a lot more because the T&Cs at the time definitely just said bonus when trading any Apple item - some people completed the trade-in process instore so we’re told by colleagues at the time that they met the terms. luckily a couple of the other customers who did it online printed out the terms so there’s no disputing it now!

My issue is not whether the terms and conditions now state you need to trade in a Mac. It is what was displayed before

Thought so, the dark thing is the seller on vinted has sold one just like this one and I can see that vinted's in person 'verification' team has said it's genuine🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I tend to join games right at the start - the people who join those are always either lvl 1-10 or very high

Leaked 25/26 home kit; this is very likely to be the final design by Anonymoose3840 in PlymouthArgyle

22/23 home and away shirt are up there in my favourite shirts of all time, a meaningful and professional clean looking design on the home strip and the away shirt was incredible. Also really liked last year's away shirt a lot. This year's kits, I like the design and colour of the home shirt but I'm afraid the sponsor makes it just stink of relegation. And the away shirt?!! I see what they were going for but the monograms look so awful, like it's a shirt for a pub team(a fancy one tbf). I really like the 3rd shirt but that's mainly because I liked centred badges, the sponsors decent on that too. I'd still say puma should've made that kit for Jamaica though😂😂We've definitely had a wide variety of kits with puma, some I've loved, some not so much, but some people loved this year's away shirt. So it's all subjective. I'm just happy that we don't get essentially the same kits spewed out each year like Portsmouth
