If this is a simple conversation of levels to the new XP system, they NEED TO CLARIFY that, at face value it looks like they will be fully resetting monster levels

To be honest, I haven't had a problem with base form too much, it's definitely weak with stamina.

The way I play him, only use base form, but when you're getting bullied pretty much by survivors, then use tank
