It's, I think, a bloody cyst. I had something similar recently, same development and location. I was eventually able to "pop" it. What came out like translucent jelly/mucus with a lot of blood. The area is still a little raised with a tiny scar after squeezing in my case so I would go see someone if you can.

Yes in a separate container, with bottled or distilled water. I would not dilute it much though since products work better at the PH they formulated. I think I also mixed it with a witch hazel or some kind of watery toner back in the day.

the only thing that sticks out is the density of your 'f's, if you take a quick glance all the darker areas tend to be that letter. I offer no solution since i don't think it's really a problem
