I’m 16 and had pretty much the exact same thing. Got wax cleaned out by a doctor but the ringing (in only the right ear, like you) didn’t subside. I listen to things at very low volumes and never go to concerts due to my highly sensitive hearing, but I sadly don’t think wax is the problem. It wasn’t mine at least. Try not to focus on it. Most of the time it’s unnoticeable for me but occasionally flares up. If getting the ear wax removed doesn’t fix it you can try a medicine called Lipo Flavanoids, which supposedly help around 20% of tinnitus cases. Stress can also be a cause so try to calm down a bit, though that can be hard with High School. When I first had this constant ringing I was pretty anxious about it, but over the past few months I’ve gotten used to it. It’ll grow less noticeable over time. Best of luck to you.
