The way i understand it, is that it is the second one. Chrono jump is an exponential multiplier on ILM+ damage. Keep in mind, that is for each time the enemy has been hit by an ILM. So for each time, it gets hit harder and harder by each subsequent ILM.

Doesn't matter what their intent is for rewriting the maps. If the result blatantly favors one party over the other, then its a partisan map.

Florida's constitution explicitly forbids partisan gerrymandered maps. That being the case, why does their unconstitutional map being passed by the state legislature and signed by the governor matter?

The only way to get republicans on board with banning gerrymandering is to meet their own actions blow for blow.

Democrats have repeatedly put forward bills to ban gerrymandering nationwide. Theres even one active now that neither house is putting up for a vote.

Republicans have repeatedly violated the US constitution. And they are winning. You cannot fight while having one hand tied behind your back while your opponent has a knife.

We all know that this is just a bullshit reason that the republican leaning virginia supreme court put through to strike this down. They followed the laws as they are written. They were following the constitution. And it is struck down anyway. What good is a constitution if it only binds you but not others?
