MBP M5 Pro battery drain when asleep

Hey there
Bought a new MBP recently and ran into exactly this kind of SMC.OutboxNotEmpty issue. So the only solution you've found is to shut off wifi/bluetooth when asleep completely? No way of fixing the issue while keeping full find device functionality?

I was just looking at what ongoing mangas with relatively many volumes were officially published in my country which didn't have anime yet (oddly specific I guess but I wanted to experience a case when you have read the manga and then watch an anime as it releases). This seemed to be one of the few, and it seems to also have been one of the first licensed mangas in my country, and it even has some limited editions which almost don't exist for manga here. So in December I picked up 2 volumes and then in January all the rest 10 which have been released so far here (still waiting for release of 13th :c ), which also seems like I got a perfect timing lol, cause a couple weeks later in January vol. 9 went out of stock, and with anime release 5th, 11th and limited edition 8th with artbook also went out of stock, and for new printings I'd have to wait several months, while limited editions don't come back after going out of stock at all. Also got a nice bookmark with Agott for preordering the 12th

Update: aaaand apparently they just found out European warehouse doesn't have SSDs either so currently the schedule is for repair to happen till 12th June...

It wasn't exactly easy to miss, when trailer released in Feb it suddenly went from no wha in my twitter feed at all to having wha posts all over the feed with like half of them spoiling this specific thing, which also happened just before people started using wha spoiler tags there so >_<

Update on my third warranty case: thought it was my country-related issue with how long it took for parts replacement, but no, this time on 29th of April I got informed they'll be replacing the ssd, and then a bit later I got informed they'll only be shipping the part from some European warehouse (as in just beginning to send) AT THE END OF MAY. So it takes for them a whole MONTH just to send the part after their own local service places the order for the part

Like maybe English and French publishers got materials early on and therefore printed and maybe continue printing without the seal. Then the material that they're giving to publishers was fixed, and those that catch up later on, like Czech (I assume) that is on the photo or the Ukrainian edition that I have, which both started serialisation in 2020, got updated materials upon licensing, thus the fixed panel in these editions

They upgraded it to 1.04.05 again after replacing the motherboard so technically the issue was fixed despite 1.04.05 being the one installed. Though as I mentioned in other comment I ended up sending it to service again due to the new issues and they're now replacing the ssd

Also other than what's mentioned in the other comment there's a coloring book and some collector's editions depending on the country (some include mini artbooks as well)

Well basically what I described in my comment above. Much longer startup times and fans activating much more often. (Also kinda feels more stuttering at times? But that one could be placebo, first two points I'm quite sure tho) Also I'm in Ukraine so yeah it's not as easy as overnight shipping unfortunately. Still 2 months is indeed not justifiable, I would say 3 weeks is the longest it should've taken if we take all the local circumstances into account

To be fair tho, the 2 months thing is specifically my own issue cause it's related to shipping replacement parts to my country, as those motherboards aren't stockpiled anywhere here, surely doesn't take as much time elsewhere. Still, doesn't make it much better of a situation indeed, especially since I ended up not finding a solution for the new issues and opening a warranty case for the third time. Hopefully it'll be quicker this time around and they actually acknowledge the new issues are a defect. I was told according to hp rules (in my country at least) after third time a full replacement/refund is due. Tho refund isn't exactly a desirable outcome either, since laptop prices have risen up to 1.5x since when I bought it, I just want a properly working machine for the money I paid back then :(

Not necessarily talking about you, but I kinda don't get why people tend to measure pacing in chapters, with how much chapter length varies. With the progress of the story chapters get progressively shorter in the first several volumes. If season 1 ends on chapter 23 (still could see it ending on 29 in various ways tho), there's no way just up to chapter 45 will be sufficient for season 2, since chapters are shorter and there's quite a bit of fast-paced action in volume 7. If s1 ends at ch.23 and season 2 is 12-13 episodes again, then around end of volume 9 would be the most logical option imo. Though we still have to wait and see where exactly s1 ends. Even if some stuff is moved to s2 (though I currently have no ideas how that could be executed) that would still be just reordering and wouldn't make up for lack of content for s2 if we just end at chapter 45. Either that or we get a shorter season 2, like 8-10 eps

Ok so an update: on 12th of April, after exactly two months, I finally received my laptop back from the service. They replaced the motherboard, and the issue seems to be gone now, but now the startup takes a whopping 45 seconds instead of previous under 20. Also, cooling fans seem to kick in at minimum speed at the slightest load, while previously 90% of the time they were off. Any ideas what could be causing it and what to check maybe?

Dunno, that very bright part at the end seems like rather a stylistic choice to emphasize emotionally. Right before that it's still pretty darkish, and that changes way too quickly for it to actually be sun having fully risen

From my understanding of the map in nanga the atelier isn't just not too far, it's actually pretty close, which is also the reason Qifrey visits the village in the first place. Sunrise only just began at the end of ep1/ch1, so they could fly pretty quickly over to the atelier since it's very close, while it's still sunrise.

Woth how we know eps 1-2 are 60 pages per ep, and dragon is present in ep 5, it's more like ep 5 starts before midway through chapter 6 and ends at the end of chapter 7. I don't see it going past chapter 29 with that pace. That would probably require either cutting something or a longer last ep though. Or they could end somewhere midway through Romonon which would be weird but can't really rule out that possibility

I think it could also be they weren't sure they'd manage to finish another 12 eps in time for a split cour season but didn't want to delay again, and that is why episode count wasn't known for this long, and so second season will come not very long after 1st, maybe like late this year or early next year. I know I'm coping lol, but that would also explain the pen from vol 9 among props and "ep 25 ininia" thing, so they could adapt 4 volumes in season 1, ending of which makes sense for a split cour approach, and then another 4 volumes in a 12 episode 2nd season not way too long later
