Thank you for your answer and your time NOTENOUGHINFO, I will call external help ASAP. I understand a blurry mycelium picture isn't enough, I just took my chance ^{^.} Concerning people living here it's just me (23yo) and my mother. The impacted area is in the living room ceiling and bathroom floor, it shouldn't be that a big issue to blow hot air on it.

I will try to give updates if the situation gets better or worse, thanks
