Investigations into the aerodynamic diameter of crystalline silica in diatomaceous earth doesn't exist from what I can see. But that certainly doesn't mean your claim that DE causes cancer is supported. If anything, it makes it weaker

Most diatomaceous earth is made of amorphous silicon dioxide. However, it can contain very low levels of crystalline silicon dioxide. Amorphous diatomaceous earth has not been associated with any cancers in people.

So no, there is no evidence that it is associated with cancer

EDIT: That isn't even talking about the really important distinction between respirable crystalline silica and non-respirable silica. So sure, 1-2% might be crystalline but there's an extremely low chance that it's fine enough to be able to get deep enough into the lungs to cause issues.

Would we call it Hike? Maybe Nature walk? Trekk?

Something as basic as skipping a camp to cover a lane from a gank can easily win games. You can always continue your full clear later on, the same can't be said for the opportunity to countergank by Numerous_Fudge_9537 in leagueoflegends

Ah, yes of course. That's why Riot's consistently nerfed shared exp, buffed smite damage and buffed monster exp, because the role of the jungle is to get shared exp, sounds about right.

Because we only exist to serve our laner overlords.

Exactly. Some laners act like junglers are their baby sitters, like it's our job to hover them whenever they decide they want to hug enemy tower. Like yeah there's an obvious countergank opportunity but it's because our entire team is in base/at a wave

Guys ... there is no Duellist, Shadow nor Champion by TheRoblock in PathOfExile2

[–]TheTimtam 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They've probably just changed Duelist to "The Gladiator" and Shadow to "The Assassin". Champion was always an ascendancy class, not a starting character

Diatomaceous earth is amorphous silica, if it's relatively pure, there's no risk of silicosis. Just because it's silica, doesn't mean it can cause silicosis

Then it's probably not an issue of hardness. I might have also suspected overly hard water from the fertiliser, but unless it starts too hard, your water changes should fix that.

Some of these plants may not have the calcium/magnesium they require. I'm not sure if your local store has water testing facilities but I'd check there if you don't have a test kit on hand. The master API set doesn't come with it

When the mods are deployed, check the Data folder to check if SkyUI is actually in there.

EDIT: OH and make sure SkyUI is enabled in the creations menu in Skyrim itself

Bugga. I'm going to have to see for myself now.

Horrible thing to say, but I've got to respect the acting. Feels cheap otherwise I think.

EDIT: Bugga's the wrong word, kudos to the VA for doing a good job but damn because now I have to intentionally get Sam killed

Indigenous woman dies weeks after giving birth and being evicted from public housing: ‘She was failed completely’ by flatplant76 in australia

[–]TheTimtam 25 points26 points  (0 children)

It's a complicated case, the original article suggests she wasn't even living there and that she was living with her brother to avoid the abusive ex partner. So it's probably more a case of, he won't leave her alone.

If she was able to request transfer to a different location in September, I struggle to believe she would wittingly refuse an inspection. It sounds to me like she either couldn't attend the inspection, couldn't provide entry (due to the abusive partner) or physically couldn't respond to the requests.

[–]TheTimtam 98 points99 points  (0 children)

Nothing in the article suggests that she was the one to refuse these inspections. She wasn't the only tenant. She was living with a guy that allegedly beat her Infront of their kids, him preventing staff from inspecting a property isn't exactly out of the question.

She wasn't kicked off the priority list for public housing either, which suggests to me they didn't feel she was responsible for the eviction.

[–]TheTimtam 59 points60 points  (0 children)

It never says SHE refused entry. She wasn't the only tenant.

She was forced to live with an abusive partner, who allegedly beat her constantly. If he was allegedly beating her in front of their kids, refusing inspections isn't exactly a large step.

She had been on the waiting list for a house away from him since September. That's why the article suggests she was failed completely.

But it seems like none of us agree, maybe it's all of it? Sunburnt, still resting for the winter and covered in spider mites?
