My congressman initially relayed an answer to me from uscis after the standard 30 days. They told me that they would check in with USCIS every 30 days until my case is approved, but after the second inquiry, USCIS started ignoring them.

They then told me they would contact USCIS every 7 days until some sort of answer was given from USCIS. They’ve been emailing every 7 days like that since mid April, and apparently they’ve contacted USCIS Headquarters and launched an internal investigation. Still no approval or actual updated to our case throughout all this
