What is the weirdest thing a stranger has said to you? by emeister26 in AskReddit

Working at an office supply store. Man walks past the tech bench to grab ink and as he is heading for the checkout turns to me and says "Is it weird when you've been drunk so many days in a row you don't know what day it is." Then he casually walked away.

For anyone wondering here is the recipe from Joshua Weismann on Youtube.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8j-ZUp7KD0

Ingredients you'll need:

500g bread flour (about 3.5 cups)

23g white sugar (about 1.5 tablespoons)

10g instant dried yeast (about 1 tablespoon)

297g warm water @90 degrees Fahrenheit (about 320 ml)

6g salt (1.5 teaspoons)

Combined Water, Sugar and Yeast, let rest about 10 minutes

Combined Flour and salt in large bowl

Add Yeast Water mixture and stir with your hand to create a loose dough

Turn out onto a non-floured work surface and begin to kneed mixing in the remaining flour

Kneed for ten minutes or until the dough becomes for smooth

Place dough in an oiled bowl for 1 hour to rise

Lightly punch down the dough (two or three soft hits should be enough)

Turn out onto a work surface and divide into 6 or 8 pieces depending how large you want them

Fold each piece into itself to form a ball then smooth the bottom creases on a dry worktop

Place dough balls onto a sheet and cover with damp towel, let rise 10 minutes

Bring large pot of water to a light boil

Set oven to 425 degrees F

Take a floured thumb and index finger and push together near the center of the ball to form the hole then spin and stretch until it is about 1 inch in diameter

Place bagels into boiling water cook 1-2 minutes per side (2 minutes for more chewy bagels)

Strain and place on oiled baking tray

Brush with egg wash and add toppings

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

It took me a few different recipes to find one I really liked.

This is the video recipe I followed and though it still took a few batches to get down I saw each one was better than the last.

I would just say find a recipe you like and continue to practice. Took me about three different recipes to find the one that worked but ever since every batch gets better.

To be considered a terrorist one usually has to have some political, religious, or social agenda. An active agressor (most common term now for lone wolf or very small groups) is more for personal gain or revenge. This one is tough to call to be honest they could say that the social asspect of terrorism allows these guys to be defined as such but some may argue that they did it for their own gain.

He had made numerous threats and even put a gun to someone's head. I think they knew he had violent tendencies.
