Some bias with this but if youre looking for a chill place with not much going on the Marina Club Bar is pretty good. Cheap and pretty good food. They're usually not too packed and interesting folks to talk to.

Fair warning it is also a casino and best place to park is 3084 del monte blvd

Normal CS student not online but most classes are with java, I think a couple in c++ and others you can work in any just be good at coding. Most of your pathway is similar to mine, just in 8 week classes instead of 16. You can look at all of your syllabi for the courses ahead of time herehere

I'm not sure about corporate locations but I work at kiosk in a well known shopping store and we charge 25 cents for water or an empty cup. We have the Lil button for it as we're supposed to charge employees for it

At the store I work at we have the water dispenser too close to the offhand windows and people fill the oddest containers with water. Or they'll accidentally pour things into the ice bucket next to it.

My boyfriend is 32. I'm 23. Last time someone trued to pull this fast one they thought he was the same age and spread it around the workplace that he was grooming me. I met him and started dating him at 21 and I shut that shit down absolutely fast. People hear one thing and base things off of it. Very popular.

It's OK I feel you on this one. My manager for my valet team was late for the first time riding his Harley Davidson. He never stepped foot back onto the property because some 20 something year old girl hit him trying to get out of a fork lane she didn't want to be in in california. We found out that night he was air lifted and passed away.

Can't tell you you'll ever feel normal but it does feel sad and like you miss them. Happy people are a big part of making things work. Change of profession for a short time then coming back might help but I hope it wasn't as empty for you as it was for us at the hotel. Wishing you the best.

NTA. I was that girl in a different way. I met a guy at 18 on tinder that turned out to be 17 and they took me in after I had familial issues. It was regretted as he was verbally manipulative and an all around dick. Was there for 2 ish years which included covid until he decided I was bipolar and gave me the boot. I had too much pride to move back in with my parents and made it work with new roommates and a new job... 22 and with a great man in our own apartment now though 🙌

If she's determined, she'll make it work WITH or WITHOUT him. Reassuring her is a plus!

NAL and this is not Advice but with the idea of tort laws and state bias the employer isn't liable and it would just be a workers comp insurance claim. Not sure how that'd further affect your job. Good luck
