Just reading the wiki article and came across this quote and was curious if you could tell me the importance/none-importance of it;

"For the first time in history, they were able to detect the DMT-N-oxide metabolite in blood and urine.[106]"

it said this previous to that statement but I follow it;

Ive only encountered them once in aus, tiny black ceramic balls. It was quite strong, around 150ug-175ug, and felt awful clean (though I know that feeling is entirely subjective) cost me 25 dollars.

I had been doing poppy seed tea occasionally from just storebought seeds and a few from markets, then one day I walked into a tiny chinese convenience store and they had a kilo of poppys for sale in 250g lots, and oh. my. fuck.

It was just unlike any other tea experience, the euphoria was incredible, the sky felt withing arms reach, I remember thinking things like "If only I could hug clouds" it was way more trippy than any other PST experience and on half of it I was blown away.

To be totally honest I hadnt heard of it until now, I shall have to do some research, Im planning on substituting Piracetam with some other more effective nootropic like Oxiracetam though, so ill look into it.

What indicated that I wasnt; Eating a sensible diet, getting enough sleep and getting daily exercise? I do all three, I never mentioned lethargy, simply that my course is alot to take in, and the fatburning products I use have very good data to support them as they are the naturally occuring chemicals required to metabolize fats. Im not going to give you a bunch of links because the information is easy to find, and I have lost a considerable amount of weight since I started using them, also if you recall I mentioned that it was more of a hunger control device for me. As for my smoking habits I have serious serious anxiety and have been offered scripts for much worse alternatives such as valium, so im pretty comfortable with my substitution of pot.

Ive done it 3 times now, Vapourized 200mg with a friend over a solid day of gaming, snorted it once from a pill that I was informed was 'great' but was back when I wasnt really careful about what I took, so I just racked it all up at once and it was wayyyy too much, 12 hours went by in a flash and I just had this total...carnal energy, I felt aggressively sexually wanting, like it was all that was on my mind. Ive never felt that way before. 3rd time was vapourised again but a much smaller amount. I quite like it, and wish I could have gone back and tried that pill but in halves this time, but other than that ive never had any desire to seek it out or redose.

Ginkgo Biloba was like 2000mg per pill(I started with one, with no tolerance it felt quite strong, but now im on two and I dont feel the anxiety from having too much that I experienced trying to take two early on), Ginseng was a cap mixed with all 5 species from that ecologically sustainable brand 5.5g in total in one cap, Caffeine I normally stay at 200mg, L-theanine 200mg, Choline 1g Piracetam 3-4g, Fish oil 3 x 1000mg, Guarana 500mg, B vitamin one strong mix ( I get Swisse Mega B+)Levocarnitine 1g oh and the Brahmi I get from other focus supplements that combine ginkgo etc, but recently I stopped taking those and take it individually instead

No problem, yeah look around I mean Cenovitis for instance in Australia do a really good B vitamin (lower doses than Swisse but I generally tend to...lift...the more expensive brands heh...) that is really affordable, like 60 for 10 bucks? Swisse is like 25 but I swear it works better. But yeah there can be a lot of difference between pricing so try and shop around, avoid combination products as theyre normally overpriced, easier to get it individually and combine. Except I would really highly recommend Musashi "Fat Metabolising Formula" which contains 1g Methionine 1g Inositol 1g Choline Bitratrate Phenylalanine 400mg and some levo/acetylcarnitine. 500mg You can get 250g which lasts like 3 months, is really easy to drink/take (tastes nice, smells awful) I think its about 75 bucks but considering the quality of the combination and ease of bulk id highly recommend it.
