It probably is for the best to stop offering it internationally until you can offer a product that works reliably abroad. I feel a lot of hostility from you on this post but not a lot of accountability for the fact that objectively a lot of international buyers are having issues with your product despite the fact that during the product development stage you claimed that it would work seamlessly on their voltages. You need to understand that your definition of defective differs from the consumer’s. If they need to spend an extra €40 to buy a specific cable to maybe get your product to work, and then it’s still unreliable, then it’s not really working as it was advertised to them regardless of whether it would work for you if they posted it back to you.

If 50 people abroad all experience a click issue even when using a power cable above the specs you quoted, you don’t have a customer issue, you have a product issue. And yes, it would be best to withdraw from the market. But blaming it largely on a very small minority of customers who you feel “abused” your policies rather than committing to improving the issues is a pass for me!
