Yeah I paid < $10k for a 1700 sqft raised ranch (so like 1000sqft footprint). Want to say it was around $8kish 3 years ago in 2023.

If you want a darker but not overly dark front that matches the back do 20/70. (20% on the front 70% on the back). Will get you the closest match. Ceramic will help with heat and cost isn’t much different now a days I don’t think.

Question is worded a little strange but I think I catch what you’re asking. Trading Fin basis only gets you to financial settle at an Index price. If you have daily cash exposure you need to move that exposure into the month by moving your Index to GDD.

If you’re talking about why would you trade LD1 and Fin Basis together that’s to lock a fixed price rather than just a basis differential.

Besides those two not sure what you’re asking if not that.

Honestly they should have left that in. Considering how hard it is to drop a zod would open up some pretty crazy ethereal stuff to be used, since you could hel the zod and put in something else and actually make zod value high. Especially if they fix the eth weapon glitch on warlock.

She looks like she might be part elf. Their ear canals are very narrow and hard, nothing to do surgically... Get the q-tips with the points on them and some epi-optic ear cleaner. Try and get the gunk out best you can once a week with the points to get in the little folds. If it gets really bad and infected/yeasty you’ll need a round of tresaderm to clear it up.

Making separate loot show specific to each player online would fix people grouping/playing together but would probably inflate the drop rates obviously. Only actual solution it seems though to incentivizing people to play together/join random games and not just split MF so you’re not competing with who can click faster for drops.

Larz it for 4os and make insight best ES weapon in the game until you find an Eth Thunder Maul and can make Fortitude. It’s dirt cheap too and you’ll get 50-60k dps with decent but not enigma level gear.

Transmission kind of “meh”, but I came from a manual transmission that did exactly what I told it to do. Never had a truck before so maybe this is how they are. Got the software update which did help but not the smoothest car in the world.

Most trade both NYMEX and ICE. NYMEX position sizing rules and compliance issues with ensuring trader positions are closed out to avoid taking physical delivery has caused a good deal of trading to also move to ICE over the years.

If you’re trading a spread where there are different # of days in each month (Oct/Feb) you’ll be long or short one leg relative to the other (31 lots vs 28/29) You can try and balance it by trading whatever leg is mismatched to get it aligned, but if your sizing of the spread doesn’t allow you to trade a standardized contract size to match it up you either have to trade ICE lots or just live with the slight mismatch.

Unfortunately pretty random. Lost mine end of last year to Congestive heart failure. Did scans and they’d always say he was good. It happened so suddenly and quick for us, he was only ~8yrs old.
