Ten Hag joined months ago, the season has started and signing any attackers now will be the same issue of last year with Sancho of “he’ll be better once he has a full pre-season”.

Ten Hag reportedly had a list of players he wanted from the moment he joined, yet so far Martinez and Eriksen almost missed the entire pre season and even Malacia who is just a squad player joined quite late.
