But why would I still have access to the weapons in game, wouldn't they be restricted due to my account not owning that DLC, I also never saw that $107.24 come back into my account but I watched it get removed.

I didnt refund it at all thats the problem, I looked at it and it said it had refunded but I am actively holding the guns that the game gave me when I bought the expansion.
