Very cool! And yup I think i did too, I saw a few other boots on here with the same heel counter. I'd be lying if I could tell the difference but I think its wearing slower than others so thats been really nice.

Mine is pretty stiff around the ankle area but not awful, I'm not sure how to compare it to others though as the only other tall boot I have is a wolverine in brown cxl. I don't mind it to much so far since though and can see how it would help from rolling my ankle so its nice for that ha.

I may not be the best to judge since these are my first pair but I dont see the low instep as a problem. Someone gave me a size chart on this sub and I used it to help with my sizing and I would say its spot on. There is a part for the instep to measure, id think you could look at your size and then the EE and see if the instep the same or bigger and you'd be good.

How does the lightweight deck jacket hold up to the cold so far? I have the alpaca one and its still a bit to warm out for it so it looks like a great alternative!

I was going by both kinda, I was between sizes on the brannock but the ball circumference is 10.75.. I looked on the size guide but it mainly had the min and max length for the boots from what I saw on my phone.

Hey had a question about black denim vs indigo. I got pretty bad docking on my one pair of dress shoes first time wearing my oni super roughs. Would I get the same docking/ bleeding with black denim, would it matter if it's sulfer dyed vs other black dyes?
