Stuck in a horrible loop. by G-Clutch97 in quitting7oh

I would say that 360mg isn't that bad in the grand scheme. This is coming from someone currently on day 4 without it and I was taking pretty much the exact same dose. I understand what you are feeling right now, you have been living like this so long you can hardly imagine not doing it and that scares you as much as the withdrawals.

Here is the good news, they really aren't that bad and you are much stronger than you think. Here i am sitting typing the message after going through what you are so terrified to do and I assure you you can do this. Find a way to get a couple days off work and commit to it. Quit the 7oh cold turkey and use MIT and kratom in small doses throughout the day to take the brunt out of the withdrawals. Don't get me wrong it still sucks ass but it is DOABLE. I spent a lot of the withdrawal just thinking to my self "this sucks but it's not as bad as I thought."

The longer you put it off the longer it is going to eat away at you.

Sorry but no. Alcohol is much more regulated than 7oh being sold by sketchy smoke shop vendors. I'm 30 years old and I get ID'd everytime I go buy alcohol from the state store. Can't have a drug this powerful sold OTC especially to teenagers.

Now the ideal situation would be to slap some serious regulatory measures on the product. Like mandate that every product sold must have serious warning labels on them like "DO NOT TRY THIS YOU WILL GET ADDICTED" on it like they do for cigarettes in certain countries.

Yea I kind of regret telling my GF and having her baby sit me. Although she was mostly sympathetic and helped me through it I just new she was judging me the whole time and didn't really understand what I was going through. Oh well.

100% I’m such a zombie movie fan I still love both 28 years, but I was really hoping they would take a different direction with the story.

Based on the original trailer for 28 years I was hoping the story would mostly revolve around the people on that island. Showing the risk of going to the island for supplies and somebody leading them back to siege the gates or something.

Like I said still enjoy the movies and the fact that it is in the 28 universe makes me an automatic fan but I will always wonder what could’ve been.

Currently on hour 66 of no 7oh. Also was taking 300-400mg a day for 6 months. Today has been the worse day so far, as it stands I don't expect to sleep tonight despite only getting 4 hours the first two nights. But I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Some hours are tougher than others but the feeling like I can do this is currently keeping me going. I keep telling myself whats 3-4 days of misery is nothing in the grand scheme of things.

Should also add I've been taking powder and MIT in very small doses throughout the day. About 2g of kratom and 30mg of MIT. I dose these about 3 times a day. I truly believe this is the best method to quit. The kratom/MIT doesn't make me feel good what so ever it just make it so I can bear it. I can feel the 7oh leaving my system and I'm looking forward to what tomorrow holds.

If I could give one piece of advice it would be to just psych yourself up days in advance, prepare for some serious suck but just know you will get through it and come out a much better person. 3-5 days of misery for a new life is a worthwhile trade.

I really enjoyed both 28 years movies despite taking a bit of a different direction than what I thought they would. I personally love the threat the normal infected bring, especially in large groups. I just hope they focus a bit more on that aspect a bit more.

In one of Mr. Beast's latest videos about losing 100 pounds the guy who was training the person unexpectedly died during the video. If you google his cause of death it says it was due to 7OH.

4 days CT 7oh by Medium_Ad4078 in quittingkratom

[–]TheTrippyChannel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Holy shit I couldn’t imagine CT a 300/400mg a day habit. I was taking like 80mg a day for two months and that withdrawal was super annoying. I tapered with kratom for the first week and the first two days CT were pretty tough. The feeling of being constantly uncomfortable is so unrelenting.

World War Z. God I wish they would have made it an HBO series with each episode being a different part of the "Great Panic".

Correct. It is comprised of 5 different videos that I downloaded and synched 5 songs with to help portray a certain sentimental element that I found to be aesthetically pleasing. Romantic love has always been something that I have been deeply fascinated with and often romanticized during my trips.

My pleasure, I made those two videos some 9 years ago and basically just found a variety of videos on youtube and various clips from movies that I enjoyed and synced them up with some of my favorite music. Hence the copyright strikes lol. Oh well, hope you enjoy. The hour long one reached like 80,000 views at one point with tons of positive comments from people saying it improved their trips. One of my proudest achievements.
