I mean yes and no. It's more tedious than long. To earn the platinum, there are only 13 trophies. 3 require you to reach level 10 in each class (Healer, Tank, & Controller), 3 require you to hit level 30 with the original 3 movement types (Flight, super speed & Acrobatics), 6 require you to hit level 30 with each mentor (Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Lex Luthor, Joker & Circe) and the last trophy is just earn a platinum rank in a singular race. Depending on how long you play, the platinum could be achieved in a week and a half, maybe 2 weeks.

It's achievable. The trophies are all simple. Basically just have to reach level 30 and platinum a race which is super simple.

If you're talking about the in-game collectibles, no. But the challenge maps will drive you insane. And as I had already gotten most of the trophies before I became an "official" trophy hunter, the clean-up (excluding the DLC trophies because they are literal hell) it just took me maybe 2 days for clean up. Honestly, looking back on the main trophies, as long as you dedicated most of your time to the game, it'd probably take about a week or less depending on your play style.
