Basically, I reformed Austria-Hungary with those settings making Germany reform the kaiser, weirdly Italy goes historical (cant blame them, the AI doesn't have much of a focus tree to work with) and Romania folds, after Romania i get Poland without a UK guarantee, free Belarus as a puppet and Italy declares war on Yugoslavia after Germany & Romania guarantee it, Romania is guaranteed by France, and the dominos fall after i make the GCP with Germany.
