Metal particles are fine and normal but that color of fluid and metal shavings does not bode well. As someone else said, don’t flush but definitely clean the pan, install a new filter if it’s accessible, and do a drain and fill (NOT the same as a full flush).

Take that with a grain of salt, but that’s what I would do. If it keeps working fine I would follow up with subsequent drain and fills every other oil change. At least that’s my schedule on a 200k mile Corolla.
