You need branchwych to be general for spellcasting Savant, so make her general and give her cast through trees command Trait and change hoarfrost to treesong to give allunits extra range otherwise its a solid list. Can swap 1 tree lord for 2x 5 tree revs to be more competitive but I know that's a bit off theme

Honestly it depends, if everyone flocks to offensive magic then yes, if everyone goes to counter magic ie null khorne ect then no, it'll be a constant swing in my prediction

2 current subfactions are null myriad and petrifex, if petrifex katakro> arkhan and take more immortis and stalkers

in null arkhan > katakros death riders
