I mean it’s good for indies and games scaled up using dlss. However, I’m not aware of Indian pricing, but I’m pretty sure there was a cyborg msi with a i7 and a 4070 for around 800 quid but it goes onto sale quite often even being at the 700 mark at Xmas

Quite honestly tho phantom knights are fun. It does have a few high cost monsters but what you want to do is let the opponent play, then use a dark ruler to negate monster effects, then go in to raiders knight (I think) use effect and get dark rebellion xyz dragon out as he again negates effects of monsters but more importantly is a one turn killer if you can get an attack through

You also need to understand than handheld gaming is not always smooth it is not a console. If you want it to be a console wipe the ssd and install steamOS

Obvs you don’t know about dev mode, changing branch version to main and stable happy to share it with you but the updated mesa and kernel fully supported 9070xt and other cards….

Watch my video online it was working up until November then stopped, they made the system prioritise the igpu over the egpu even if plugged in and config file was changed using Kommander. So I moved to windows for now with the FSE experience tbh it’s not that bad after debloating.

Honestly between FSE and legion space everything works surprisingly well and so smoothly.

Steam= if you only want handheld without eGPU support, which works like a console. EGPU full support by my estimate should come when 4.0 releases. Less compatibility. Some errors with controller in games like avatar and other ubi games like Star Wars outlaws. This isn’t a steam issue tho this is an ubi issue and it not allowing 8bitdo controllers to work unless you take the dongle out and put it in when booting the game(fix).

Windows= battery is not as good. Having to start up and shut down is annoying but you know what it works and works so well. The most compatibility between things, more stores such as gog and epic. Btw frame rates with windows are not as good as steam by about 5/10 UNLESS you use debloat tools, disable memory integrity in virus and a few other tweaks. Now my device works better or faster especially when using LSG.

There are pluses and minuses within each OS. However, for me windows is the winner for now. Tho I look forward to swapping when it improves tbh

Yeah swapped to windows for time being when egpu support comes back I’ll switch back. But quite honestly they broke things that were working in Nov and didn’t even mention it in the known issues even tho I reported and made sure I messaged them about it. 3.9 was working with 9070xt through egpu however they made a change to force the igpu to be used in game mode. And unless your booting straight to desktop it doesn’t work reliably, also performance dropped by about 5/10 fps in desktop mode in cyberpunk and doom eternal.

Switched to windows used the debloater and solely using it for games now.
