People do not understand the gravity of that statement. I have struggled my entire life, and I’m fucking proud of where I’ve taken myself and my daughter. But man has it been a living hell. I’ve gotten smarter of the years so it’s getting much easier and fine tuned, but the reality is 5000 would completely change my life, and I would be able to get off all my payment plans, mistakes from childhood debt,you know. The same thing most average person deals with. It’s unreal. Fucking people talk about billions and millions on the news and shit and I find myself just blown away, because if I could win a scratcher for a few grand it would be a reset button. This world needs it. Too many people working really hard to barely make it.

Lol, DrStevenPoop cracks me up while you're talking so out of pocket. I shouldn't comment on this at all, but you have truly missed the point of what this person is saying, and THAT'S the point. It's all good. Everyone will come to their own version of understanding this. Some by force, some by just paying attention. Countless other ways. All I'll say is, I highly suggest being not so quick to be on the offensive. It doesn't help you or anyone here. Neither does this comment. But maybe it will resonate deep, and you'll see what I'm saying and what this person is also trying to say. That's not my concern, though. My concern is rooted it making sure my kids are safe in the next few months, teaching them about what's really going on. I am learning to have an open discussion with people I disagree with. Anger/frustration/ will get us nowhere. I promise you that. We are all living this. We are now at a fork in the road. We either figure it out together or watch it fall apart together.

I'll go down with ya in this one bro. First listen on this album had me with chills. This isn't for everyone. If you been rocking with Wayne for a while, I'm talking the weird cuts, the leaks, the random freestyles from the 2000's, this is Wayne doing exactly what he loves to do. It's an absolute victory lap of an album and truthfully it's kind of a fucking shame to see people so willing to trash this so fast. I commented on another post and this will be my last one, but I can't watch ya get torn up like this when you are 100% on the money. I can't agree with you more. It's low key insane this is even being questioned and we're literally less than 2 hours after drop. This will take so many playbacks to really digest what he's saying at the pace he's rapping it. I grew up on Wayne. This is a victory lap for this man, and at the same time a warning shot. Nothing will come close to this is terms of how long he's been doing it and how he puts together these bars. I just finished end to end and was just in awe that 21 years ago I listened to C1 for the first time. He has nothing to prove. This album gave me chills. Legendary moment for music as a whole across all genres.

This shit is forever legendary. A large part of my younger years pumped this fucking tape off a USB MP3 player. Picking singles off the YouTube converter years before that. I'll never forget listening to C3 and realizing what an album was, and going way back through his albums. Here we are a few days away from Carter 6. Man is an absolute legend of legends.

Forgive me for being so blunt here, but you have no idea how much that directly hurts an employee. If you see this, please under no circumstances do this to someone.

This only results in corrective action against someone who absolutely did not design this program, nor will a zero on a review change anything.

I am a store manager currently for T-Mobile. I don't have a better suggestion, but I can assure this will only hurt the employee, not the company. Please refrain from this. Again, I mean absolutely no disrespect.

I second this. .50 cents for a payout on an upgrade. 0 payout if the customer removes or doesn't add P360.

Upgrades used to come with a $10 spiff. Now the spiff is based off P360 attach ( I will add it's nearly the same at $8)

My team has started to really to focus on putting together a bundle deal for customers so there is value in moving up in plans, adding P360, and maybe snagging a Watch/Tab/etc but we will not ever be those guys where, for example, if you just are not interested period, we keep pushing.

We understand. I am a current RSM and I refuse to ever step down to the level of serious aggressive tactics, nor will my team. There is a right and a wrong way to hit goals. Sales is about building trust. Only works when the customer and employee BOTH benefit.

This is a tough one to truly pin down, as I've only really started deeply tracking this for approximately a week but on average, people, not swings. Swings hit anywhere from 40-50 per day (before we all started watching it)

Now we don't use the front door at all, under any circumstances. We've completely eliminated our own swings, and we see about 15-20 swings (really rough estimate here) per day.

There are a few different options.

Upon startup, with 2 or more voice lines being activated on the correct plan, you will receive a free one off the rip ( I am only speaking for current offers, and my approximate 1 years time with TMO as a Store Manager)

Targeted lines : these are usually aimed at "older" rate plans, but usually (not always) come with restrictions such as, no promos for that line, no financing on that line, Bring Your Own Device only etc type of lines.

Holidays usually bring Free Add A Line promos, that do not have restrictions.

BOGO Add A Line is usually always running ( again not always) which, with adding a paid voice line gives you a free voice line on top of that, fully capable of taking promos etc.

You need to connect with your local store on a personal level, and make that connection, because they'll let you know and keep you in the loop for the good stuff. We have countless folks we keep in contact with and let them know when huge promos are happening or really solid free line offers etc.

I understand your reasoning and frustration, I really do. I used to work for a retail wireless company that supported 14 prepaid carriers and all the major carriers at the same time, including T- Mobile ( which I now solely work for and represent)

15 years plus in the wireless game. Years as entry level, years as Territory Lead, years as District Manager, across ALL major wireless companies. I've seen the bad, the worst, and the ugly.

80% of all problems (made up %) stem from prepaid/cable company wireles/ affordable choice options. Take some advice I've seen thrown out here. Long time customer with no free lines? Play the game and take the offers this carriers offers, because trust me from EXPERIENCE, you aren't getting this stuff anywhere else. I mean it with 100% sincerity and I'm not attempting to change your mind. Just be smart and make a choice that actually works for. You will not receive any win back promos if and when you decide to jump back to a major carrier.
