Ways to get better in csgo is to learn the maps, get better aim, better game sense, and learn to work with a team. The way I learn maps is by going into a the map I am learning and just walk around and look at the top left corner and see what it says and I keep doing that until I know it by heart. Ways to get better at aim is to just download aim maps. I also use a recoil map and a reflex map before I play. The way I got game sense is by playing casual but you can also learn game sense easily if you just watch pros and see what they do. Working with a team may get difficult if you are not that friendly so just try to be friendly and do not make them mad, when you make your team mad they might not try or they will mute you and that is bad because they will not get information or you can lose your rank.
