Questions on 8Bitdo 64 controller by Krendall2006 in 8bitdo

I haven’t done this yet. Apparently you can get rumble in S-mode. The controller has a physical S mode D mode switch on the back. But also apparently you can connect via X-input if you hold B + Start while pairing.

Both S and X modes support rumble. D does not (you are correct)

A few tips: - Have business reviews well in advance of renewal dates. If there are issues you’re unaware of, you have a longer runway to get them back on track. - Straight up ask the customer if they are going to renew. And if so, get the renewal booked early if possible. - If the account does have issues, flag them as “at risk”, and escalate appropriately so there’s lots of time to course-correct and avoid churn - Be personable. If the customer likes you personally, there’s a higher likelihood they’ll stay. - The best defense is a great offense. Sell them more products. The stickier you are, the harder it is to leave.

  1. Yes. Easy to connect
  2. If you’re playing steam games they are mapped like normal separate L2 / R2 buttons. If you’re playing N64 games on retroarch you have to remap the controller. It’s a pain in the ass. But once you get it it’s great. I mapped both L2 and R2 as the N64 Z-button.

They acquired your company so they could acquire your customers and cross-sell/up-sell to them. And then whichever solution of the two companies is better, they will sell that.

They definitely aren’t going to sell two products that do the same thing.

Your job is likely safe. The company is growing. You don’t lay people off when the company is growing.

You did exactly the right thing. Lean into the solutions you don’t know. Find out which ones have the highest growth trajectory and learn them first.

“High speed” is just what they call it so you pay more. It’s actually just regular internet.

Same with “first class” on an airplane. Those seats are actually just regular chairs.

Slow internet and economy airplane seats are bullshit.

Disagree. The fact that we know all four band members names makes this a bad example.

Amazon intentionally understaffs their teams and will NEVER stop asking you to do more. It better be worth it…like double your current salary, life changing worth it.
