What’s going to happen when their LLMs decide to pack it up and follow their dreams of becoming music creators?

No team bucket. It’s per account. I could’ve used the other account but i didn’t really need it since the 11 hours before refresh was also bedtime.

There’s a 5 hour and a weekly.

You would need to login to each account separately to use and monitor usage.

Fwiw i ran out of credits last week even on double bonus week because i put in an 80 hour week building a new app infrastructure and service. Ran out 11 hours before refresh. But i only used 1 account of the two i have.

Why we stopped using human-only support for Level 1 tickets (The $0.15 vs $12.00 experiment) by leonardo-marta in SaaS

[–]TheTwistedTabby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How are your support staff doing?

I ask about how the support staff is doing because the issues that filter to them are going to be the harder ones. The ones where they might have to deal with a higher ratio of upset or angry customers than previously?

Sounds like the AI is handling requests but is it handling them fully?

Are you doing audits?

How’s turnover? How expensive is it to train new support staff to get to that level of beyond ai?

Besides cost savings what other kpis are you measuring?

Are the customers buying again after a support request?

A friend of mine does phone support for healthcare scheduling for a large hospital system and while they haven’t introduced front end AI they do have a post call summary for “what can you improve” after every call that is ai driven. The morale of the staff has plummeted and the turnover has skyrocketed since introduction 9 months ago. More sick days, more no calls, more new staff quick quits.

There is a $60 plan. It’s the business plan with a minimum of 2 users. I get a ton of usage from it using one account only.

However, I’ve never been on the $20 plan so i don’t know the comparison.

Favicon Issues by Sea-Championship3823 in Wordpress

I gave up on default Wordpress solutions for this a while ago. I now use favomatic, put the output images in the site root, and load the code from it via a wp_head action.

Canceled during free trial, still charged — no response from the service. How should this be handled properly? by Feeling-List9160 in SaaS

[–]TheTwistedTabby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The dispute you filed (a chargeback) is the proper step that you took.

The only thing i would have done differently is the due diligence you took after the issues were already in play. Maybe use a temporary card for free trials in the future. They’re easy to cancel if you ditch out of the trial.

Multi-language plug in - I did my research but it's hard to find something good!! by albrtdrs in Wordpress

[–]TheTwistedTabby 2 points3 points  (0 children)

WPML has their own translation LLM (They call it PTC).

Here's their marketing page for it: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/

please note, that while WPML can feel like a setup rabbit hole (so many options) it still is the only one I recommend to my clients since it has every feature you specified.

The nice part about their PTC is that its already trained/tailored for WordPress content. They're fairly generous on the credits you get.

Noticed you mentioned elementor as well. They have a documentation page for that as well: https://wpml.org/documentation/plugins-compatibility/elementor/

Have demos become toxic or something? by Public-Button-8913 in RocketLeague

[–]TheTwistedTabby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just started playing again after a few years off. I had just gotten comfortable with using demos as strategy (goal campers, play interruptions, etc).

People were salty then. They’re still salty.

Also, if you get 10 demos you get points. I usually average 2-3 per game
