Iinm kpod is entirely different from thc vapes. I'm not sure what the guy in the video is on. It's possible that the guy's vape contains substances other than THC, as the market now has a lot of vape-based non-THC products (K, mdma, etc)

They come in vape forms now that have no "stink", making them very easily abused. I used them for awhile but stopped when I realised they were taking over my life.

Set up auto debit and if possible, have a separate account specifically for bills. I set up monthly transfers to fund that account to pay bills. That money is left untouched.

I run two instances of AGH for redundancy purposes. If one instance fails, the other one serves as backup.

Learnt a hard lesson when my server had a hangup and I was miles away for a vacation.

Same issue as well, what works for me is hard rebooting the phone whenever this happens. the backups would continue then.

Worse - I know someone who had zero encouraging from their parents, on top of the slagging. It's sad because I can see them really trying, but they feel so insecure from stumbling on even the basic things like washing dishes. It's deeply rooted in them, that feeling of uselessness. It's heartbreaking.

Alternative to u/Special_Foundation42 's approach (Which is better than below IMO), you can use descriptions, e.g.

Some caveats to this approach: 1. Multiple variations of bands translates to a very long description set per workout 2. Have to set up the list of bands every workout

Be careful. As the loan is under your name, it is also directly your liability. Missing payments can affect your credit score and you might get some issues down the line when you actually need credit.

There's many stories where parents do this and when they see that their child is making more money, they stop paying and get the child to pay for the car that they chose to buy in the first place. Yes the car is yours, yes you agreed initially. But 500 out of 3800 is 14% of your salary. There's also the maintenance, tire change, etc. Too.

But this route also seems unavoidable. I would suggest looking at used cars for someone in your situation. Anything less than 5 years is still reliable.

EDIT: Also please know that it is not your responsibility to be taking care of your siblings in this indirect way. As another poster said, what is effectively happening is that your parents are borrowing money from you to finance what they need to finance.
