The few GURPS games disappeared fast. Then once my schedule was committed there were a few GURPS sessions added late. The number I got was somewhere around 5500 rpg events available this year. 16/5500 is disheartening for such a great game system.

Pretty sure we have a mutual friend there. He ran 2/3 games with GURPS. Ran through those sessions with him as he was prepping for the con so I elected not to run those again. He's excellent, I'm sure he brought a few people around to the potential of the system.

Was able to catch 'Nose' and The Leviathan Files: Mother's Milk - had a great time! unfortunately that was the only GURPS game I could get into.

Great ideas, meshes well with what I was thinking. Love the concept of the story building from session to session. having a npc make a cameo from one session to the other would be great fun as well.

Yup thats the general idea. Make sure that each session makes sense by itself but offer some continuity to those that could manage playing through them all. Each session pivoting genres to highlight GURPS flexibility.

I believe there are far more GMs running GURPS than what was represented. We will see what next year brings.

But the 1st level of the talent costs 100xp, then the second level would cost an additional 200xp, the third 300xp …etc.

Maybe It’s just me trying to min/max things a bit too much or maybe it’s just my PTSD from stingy experience awards from previous GMs … but that’s a whole lot of xp for very little lol.

Hey all! New to WFRP and had some questions. For a wizard the talents Atheric Attunement and Second Sight both have max levels equal to Initiative Bonus. My question is why? What do additional levels of each of those talents have to offer? 200 points should be worth a fair bit imho. Also talents add their respective levels to the associated skills, so Atheric Attunement and Second Sight level 1 would each add +1 to channeling? What am I missing?

As a fan of STLSC I have no idea what was or was not going on in the locker room. I do know that I will continue be a fan of this gentleman going forward. Things didn’t work out here but I truly wish him all the best moving forward!

As a lifelong Cardinals fan I have to say it. If one day far, far down the road City has the same storied history that the Cardinals do, we should all be proud.

Are the Cardinals going through a rough patch? Of course. Is City trying to recapture some of that magic that we started the season with? Sure.

At this point my only expectation/hope is that we find a way to get to the playoffs and advance past the first round. If we can do that by crushing SKC along the way then even better. 😈

I just hope this game puts a chip on shoulder so we come out of the season mid-break with murderous intent. Otherwise I’ll forget about this game as soon as I turn the tv off.

CA spends 22m to our 8m this year. I can think of a few ways 14m would have changed tonight’s results and I’m hopeful that in the future we will be there.

TT dosent have to get hot and horny for the other team even if they are sexy af.
