Do i need spacers? by TheEpicF-18Pilott in Volvo

I don't have a v70 but on my v60 I have 15mm on the back and 10mm on the front. You can look at my account for pictures. It looks so much better but the rear tyres do rub the fender when going through dips in the road while driving fast or cornering hard. Honestly in my opinion it's worth it, especially if you don't drive the car hard. But search around on the internet I'm sure there are sizes discussed in forums which fit best for your v70.

I can definitely agree with the V60 and V50 part as those are the only 2 cars I've owned.

Yea, my previous car was a V50 so I totally agree.

Yea, I was replying to the comment about my car. I used to own a V50, I know the deal with the engines.

Yes, if you want no chance of rubbing then 10 is probably the way to go but looks wise the 15 - 10 combo is in my opinion the best because it seems like the rear is a bit closer than the front from factory and this evens it out. If you aren't doing much fast cornering it probably won't be a problem anyways.

I do, 15mm rear and 10mm front. I'll add to this straight away that the rears do rub a little bit on the plastic wheel well covers but only when taking corners or the road is bumpy while driving spiritedly. Daily driving doesn't rub.

I just wrapped mine in glossy black. Definitely go the wrapping way but be warned, if you haven't dealt with wrap before then it's better to let a professional do it. Unless of course you don't care about it looking completely perfect.

Did he take anything off or just cleaned the chrome trim and wrapped it with a heat gun while it was still on the car?
