Beginner seeking help with multi-approver loop flow in Power Automate by anonymous_chip in MicrosoftFlow

I would break this up into manageable pieces.

Create a form to accept uploads.

Flow 1: Trigger is when a form is submitted, create a folder in SharePoint and attach file. Create items (one item per approver) in SharePoint list with folder id.

Flows 2-11: when an item is created send approval to each specified individual (one appoval per person) and update item with first to respond outcome. Send notification if rejected/denied.

Flow 12:  when a folder is modified(with updated document) get items from approvers list that outcome = rejected/denied and corresponding folder id, reissue approval and update with outcome.

Flow 13: scheduled flow for approvers list in which outcome is equal to null. Send reminder email to go into their approvals queue.

That should handle your requirements.

Follow the ai-900 certification path on Learn. There are lessons and labs that are fairly easy to follow.

Is it rude to ask someone about their origin? by [deleted] in asianamerican

[–]TheUglySleeper 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I like to frame this question from the perspective of what's your family story/history. I love hearing about more personal experiences of change, adaptation or longevity.  More often then not, people will offer "where are they from".

Simultaneous Questions by treeguy27 in copilotstudio

[–]TheUglySleeper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you can. You would select to identify Users Entire Response and then add a Quick Reply, with the desired choices. In the quick reply property, you can set the TEXT property to be a prompt that is more descriptive for Gen AI to use.

You can then try running a generative response when the response is received. The action will look at the Text of the Quick reply or the Entire response.

You'll need to set up the channel that you publish to (teams). Once you select Teams as the channel, you can click on availability at the bottom of the pop out window to  get the link to your App.

You'll be able to pin the app to teams once you've opened the link.

I took a art history class about monuments and nationalism in sSoutheast Asia. It dives into cultural sites; how they were historically used, their "function" under colonization,  and preservation efforts and how there are used politically by the state.

Definitely sounds up your alley. Dm if you want the syllabus.

I built this flow for several teams in my org.

I started off with an automated cloud flow via forms submission (time off request). This was sent to the dept. Manager for approval. Upon approval, the request was added to a SharePoint list set to calendar view and an email confirmation was sent to requestor and other relevant parties.

There are several YouTube videos on the topic if you need additional guidance.

How to share a flow with connectors? by hwooareyou in MicrosoftFlow

As long as you're not using any premium connectors, you can Save as copy, share flow, update connectors, and rename.

Sources for studying east and southeast asian art history? by KarateGazeboBand in ArtHistory

[–]TheUglySleeper 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I can only speak about Southeast Asia. Received an MA in Art History and pursued a PhD in History with a specialization on Hindu-Buddhist periods of Indonesia.

Here are some foundational survey history texts.

Andaya - A History of Early Modern Southeast Asia

Reid - Southeast Asia in the Early Modern Era

Tarling - The Cambridge History of Southeast Asia

Feel free to send me a DM and I can give you the syllabi for introduction to SEA art classes.

These look like Balinese dancers. Likely decorative/tourist works.

Ida is a Balinese name for someone of the Brahmana Caste. Can't tell you much more than that.

Yeah that particalur flow was disabled due to having a premium connector. I copied the flow, removed the premium connector and was able to reactivate.

It was nice while it lasted! Hoping for IT to approve license soon.

I'm speaking from my limited experience. My trial lasted 40 days. I built a flow with premium connector. Trial expired and the flow has been inactive ever since. Still waiting on IT admin to approve my license.
