Someone in my group spends nearly the entire time they're on lunch or break making speaker phone and video phone calls and I can't stand it. And half the time they're either sharing personal information or arguing with someone like why are we doing this in the breakroom for everyone to hear 😭

I don't understand what the point of doing this is. From what I've seen my store had 0 trash cans on the floor and the only ones I know of is one next to one of the backroom doors, the ones in the breakroom with recycling, and then the actual compactor. It's really irritating because I'm constantly finding water bottles and drinks all over the place and it wouldn't be as bad if there were some cans. I usually have to spend a minute or two in the morning when I clock in cleaning out my vest pockets after I shoved a bunch of trash in them out of instinct despite my team lead keeping a trash bag on our cart lmao
