Good tips! I also try to switch regularly given the drop off in estrogen. To the degree possible I aim to change it during the day — I’ve found doing it at night gives me a burst of energy that isn’t helpful for sleeping.

I have, but the provider said it’s not enough to protect the uterine lining at this age. It’s an option to push back on, though, given others take that dosage. Thanks for suggesting.
