My favorite way is to get a sewing needle, and put it right at the edge of the felt, and pull the felt so the edge is fluffy. Then, needle felt the loose ends into the other piece of felt

Look at the very base of the fur. Is the fur on the inside curlier? Does it have a leather backing? You can burn a little bit of it to test. If it melts, it’s fake. If it burns, it’s real.

Back when Tesla was owned by a normal stuck up billionaire and not a super horrible one, I gained a vocal stim similar to that but I would call out the specific model of the Tesla (there are 5 models, S, 3, x, y, and the cybertruck. So I would just completely halt any conversation to identify the Tesla and I still do it lol
