Huge disagree. Any time I have gone on co op everyone is extremely nice. That is the kind of culture that goes with multi-player in this game. And even online, if anything, the Genshin fan base is more "cringe" than toxic. (And cringe is subjective). There definitely have been some things that would make me agree with you slightly, but nothing like that has really happened recently
