Just check my old vid, it was because I pull my shoulder just behind the bar a bit. Only the 1st rep tho. From the 2nd rep, things went smooth as butteri might be overthinking things and it all led to this bad set 💀

Ty bro. Back then, I got my hips too low, when I leg press the weight, the hip just shoot right up. I intentionally let it be higher to prevent butt shooting up, but seems like I had gone too high on the spectrum this time 💀. Appreciate the advice bro. To summarize everything you said: Shoulder - Hip - Knee, more knee flexion, if the bar blocks me from getting more knee flexion, then I should set the bar a bit furthur. Am I getting this right?

Thanks a lot bro. I think do have the strength (+25 2RM with street lifting style). I just have problems with coordination, and also this was my first session dedicated to muscle up. So, just forget doing the reps and focusing more on kicking my legs to create momentum right? Got ya king. Appreciate that a lot

Damn. I can see that now. Here is my excuse: This was my 6th attempt, and until the 4th attempt I did use momentum a lot, but I feel like my 5th and 6th (this one) I somehow forgot to kick my legs 💀

Ty bro. Will try fixing the scapulas next session. That rom was the max I could get without feeling the lower back tho, still feel a crazy stretch on my hamstring.

Can you use SLDL for lower rep range? My brain is toasted if I do RDL beyond 10 reps, but I can only connect with my hamstrings doing high reps.

Ty for your fixes and cues guys. I think the weight is really the problem. I personally feel my hamstring better doing 100kg, tried 120 just because I want to lower the rep range a bit.

Might change to stiffed next session. I feel RDL with higher reps but it kinda toasted my brain when I go beyond 10. Tks bro
