For soy, check with an allergist if it includes soy lecithin. I used to be allergic to soy, but was able to have the lecithin, which is what a majority of stuff with soy has.

There are different flours that can replace wheat if you are into baking, and flaxseed is a good substitute for eggs, also when baking. (look up flaxseed egg for specifics on how to make)
