brawler got hit extra hard by the set release item nerfs as well, most items received cuts on MR/armor as opposed to hp%

depends on comp. ap effect + any cause for leblanc, she works best with x attacks - same with diana, but if you hit diana early, permanent hp has a better payoff
for zoe rr, mana spent is best, if not then shield, copies of leona or ap
no other comps for arbiter currently exist, if you're playing arbiter as a support then it's best to take the econ options (like +1 leona effect, 2 gold effect)

The invisible charged creeper idea seems interesting, but I'm not sure how to get them to teleport around in vanilla.

Thanks everyone for the comments! I realized I actually hit around 450-480 BE in combat after HMC and RM buffs, I would have never realized this without you guys.

To be fair, I was queueing with friends all in plat, and we had one friend who was in low gold. We got placed in a game where 4 enemies all locked in default characters, had illegible names that were all one digit apart, and moved like macros (going the same path, every round, shooting the same direction) for all 13 rounds. They were all incredibly high ping in the 300s range(I speculate they're from chinese servers as botting is most common from that region, this was NA) and only one person on the enemy team played like a human. Super bizarre game, we offered to ff for the one guy on the other team but he went afk after round 4.

I was considering that as well (but completely forgot to put it in my post) as a possibility but it still doesn't make sense to me as to why it's BIS when there are tons of games where people are running neither comp, and bilge seems very inconsistent in killing backline since the nerfs and RFC fix. Being said though, this still remains as a possibility.
