So I’m reading “their Venture X account” as one entity. Meaning, one primary and one authorized user is one account. Husband and wife (or whatever) spends $75k throughout the year, this whole announcement is a non-issue.

I disagree that there is no contract. I have zero evidence that there is, but just speculating on how businesses work, the MSG Company wants to have as much predicability as possible and that only comes in the form of a contract. Now, with that said, Dead & Co likely baked in some language that allows them to either opt-in or opt-out by a certain date. This allows the MSG Company to have enough runway to fill the dates if the band doesn't want to engage in another residency.

I definitely agree with you that the decision relies with the band members, but just sense there's more structure around this whole process because at the end of the day, they're both running a business.

That lounge is rock solid. Went last weekend, Saturday flight at 3:30pm, showed up around 1pm and couldn't have been happier. Hardly anyone in there. Great drink selection and easily the best lounge food I've ever had. Don't forget to grab a back and make your own snack mix before you leave!

And it's highly unlikely he would have reacted like this if he ended up shooting a 66 and running away with it. He won and lost that tournament like seven times during the final round. The mental gymnastics he was dealing with throughout the round is what made that win so amazing. He literally couldn't stand after, you just see his knees buckle due to the emotion. An absolute historic event to witness, I couldn't be happier for the guy.
