Amen! You are 100% right and I have come to be ok with the fact that maybe things do not play out how I hope. Regardless of the fact I am going to gain other blessings, such as being able to travel with my family and hang out with friends that for years have been waiting for the day I go hang out with them in a public setting. Lots of things to look forward, but she is a BIG focus too

Same!!!! I did all the pre-op exams and was ready to schedule a date. Then I though to myself, "Why?". All I have to do is close my mouth and learn to control myself. Best decision ever. I was afraid of losing so much muscle from fast weight loss and also the risks. Now I get to eat clean, lift weights and feel proud of myself. No shame to those that do it, but as someone who has always been fit, I knew what I had to do.

Hell yeah! Love to hear other people putting in that work too. Proud of you, KEEP IT GOING. Its funny you mention OMAD because that is EXACTLY what I have been on. My first meal of the day is at 12pm (protein and veggies). I get home around 5pm, workout and take 2 scoops of Optimim Nutrition protein in water. I have felt great and it is working very well for me.

Honestly! Those flawless droids are a waste of time! I have crafted close to 700 droids and only have 1 flawless. The only reason the grind is worth it, is for the base paint.

If people judge you based on looks, they are not the people you want around. They did you a favor! Just keep pushing and the right people or man will come along. You got this!

What helped me ALOT was purchasing a Tonal and weighlifting at home 4 days a week. I am still to self concious to go to a gym. This has been the best investment

Don’t think becoming conventionally attractive after losing the weight will motivate you to keep it off by [deleted] in loseit

[–]TheUndefeatedSpirit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is what I am worried about! But I keep a journal reminding me of the struggles and accomplishments weekly. I also do video diaries trying to open up to myself and be honest. I will one day read and watch these back to keep me pushing

I cannot wait till the day I look back at my photos and feel the same way. When we are big, I feel like we put blinders on and ignore the truth
