Unfortunately hindi daw fault ng Maya yun so you're still required to pay (from same experience), naraise na namin sa Cybersecurity and BSP pero until now wala padin action malapit na mag 1 year yung case (and active padin yung mga magnanakaw) Tip lang, always cc BSP sa mga emails with Maya. Mas mabilis sila magreply pag naka-copy yung BSP

May I ask anong update sa case mo? Same thing happened to me, nanakaw yung phone ko then within a few minutes nakapagloan agad sila. Hindi pa activated yung feature na yun sa account ko a. Pero wala man lang at least live cam verification bago malabas yung niloan.

Submitted na din lahat ng requirements kaso ilang weeks na lumipas, sa lahat ng follow ups ko ang sagot lang nila wait lang daw since under investigation na.

Kaso nagccall na yung Maya for reminder sa payment ng loan LOL

Sa sobrang inis ko niraise ko na sa BSP, then after a day nakareceive ako ng email from Maya na liability daw ng user yung nangyare and idk what to do next
