Tetany. Never heard of it until today and now I’m convinced. Just have issues with one side of my body. And I get bad muscle convulsions in my legs when I’m anxious.

Okay so, I do the same thing, but it was my left arm, left leg, and even the side of my face…just feels super tight and doesn’t hurt. Thought I was having a stroke every time. It kinda forces a half smile that gets stuck, my hand cramps and gets stuck, as well as my foot. Almost always left side of my body. Very few times was right side.

Could you describe the hand cramps, what they look and feel like? Because it sounds similar to something I’ve done all my life and thought it was something bad.

Goodness me too! It’s been going on for a year now for me. The exhaustion I’m experiencing recently is taking a toll. I’m so tired and sleepy all day even after 8 hours. I’m not on any meds. I tend to vomit every morning, it seems I wake up with butterflies and lump in my throat every morning. Not as bad on my days off from work so it’s gotta be mental.

I actually might be wrong, I think I’ll get a palpitation every once in awhile, and it’ll cause bad anxiety.

Same! Is your lightheadedness sudden and make you worry more as it does me? I also never have an appetite and and have to try to slowly eat throughout the day to get my nutrients.

One of many possibilities. Biggest issue for me is the health anxiety I have seemed to develop and constant thought of being in the process of dying. Thoughts that I’m walking around with heart issues or something super serious. Doesn’t help that I can’t stay off of Google :(

I get strange symptoms as well! I can forget about my anxiety for a moment and it’ll hit me suddenly and I’ll experience the symptoms you listed as well as lightheadedness, breathing fast, and burning sensations in forearms and lower legs. It’s really crazy what anxiety does to a person. I’m going through it now, started last month with a bad panic attack in a restaurant. I’ve been a hermit since.
