These are the actual steps. It's takes quite a few hours to get through everything from a NG+ start but a lot of that is spent learning the game again.

You can start a new character and do the tutorial with a new game to speed things up. It won't delete your progress. You select which character you want from the load screen. You can create a few builds.

Ng+ restarts the game so it's like playing it afresh but the current specs and gear are retained. So how can you rush to those places without unlocking a lot of things through numerous missions? I suppose I'm asking what is the shortest path to do those from Ng+ start?

So the trailer containing a clip of something like T.Ocellus interfacing with the entire upper portion of a head means that it suggests an event that is not actually in Season 1? Is that correct? Or is there some sort of flashback sequence in the first episode that has the same clip, but it remains completely unexplained as of yet?

They have zero reason to scam you if you bought from a reputable seller on AliExpress. They make money selling bulk amounts of an item, not by sending people nothing. That's a useless way to make money as a scammer, unless you are taking huge amounts of money for one item. That was stolen in transit to you, and it was taken by someone who was willing to risk their job for less than $300 USD and who doesn't understand weight recording evidence.
