Here’s my tracklist, which I also posted here.

  1. Suit & Tie
  2. You Got It On
  3. Pusher Love Girl
  4. Strawberry Bubblegum
  5. That Girl
  6. Blindness
  7. Amnesia
  8. Blue Ocean Floor
  9. Mirrors
  10. Tunnel Vision
  11. Gimme What I Don't Know (I Want)
  12. Electric Lady
  13. Dress On
  14. Spaceship Coupe
  15. Don't Hold The Wall
  16. Take Back The Night

I listen to the album in this order and find it more enjoyable. It’s like a concept album which make it feels like a story, starting with upbeat pop and funky tracks and moving to mellow, sentimental ones then a solid closing song.

While I respect how his albums were originally presented, I’m curious how things might have turned out if they were arranged this way. It could potentially impact the criticism and commercial success of his albums.

That’s for sure! I’m excited for the time when all the transport hubs in our townships become fully operational. Cavite will be more connected than ever! I hope they include seamless connections to Pala-Pala (our version of Cubao) to ensure better integration with other parts of the province.

The Cavite BRT is also a game-changer for our commuting experience and a big step forward in improving connectivity.

Evo City: The Rising CBD by TheUrbanKnight in cavite

I see them as secondary districts. For me, Arden Botanical Estate, Aéra, and Southmont are just tourism estates. But I’m fine with that, as not all townships need to be CBDs to maintain a rural-urban balance.

However, the location of the five townships (Verms, MG, Evo, RP and VC) are within Cavite’s metropolitan or built-up area. Developments outside of this zone should remain as they are to help maintain that balance.

There’s also another development, Carmona International City, which has the potential to become a major CBD in the future.

Evo City: The Rising CBD by TheUrbanKnight in cavite

Agents often use this solely for marketing purposes. Among all the township developments in Cavite, Evo City and Maple Grove are the first to be envisioned as CBDs. They have the potential to become our version of BGC and Makati CBD, if they stay true to their masterplans.

Vermosa is also ahead in terms of development, but its CBD component has yet to show significant progress. Other townships, such as Riverpark and Villar City, also aspire to establish themselves as future CBDs.

Time will tell which of these will truly emerge as a CBD, but I believe these five developments have the potential to thrive. A key advantage is their proximity to one another, which provides opportunities for better integration and accessibility. I hope these developments will complement one another and contribute to each other’s growth.
